Warranty Policy
The warranty term begins on the day of the purchase. The warranty term is:
- 3 years for all electronic components
- 1 year for components subject to mechanical impact (potentiometers, footswitches, switches, jacks)
The warranty does not cover products with signs of apparent misuse, such as excessive mechanical impact, unauthorized repair attempts, usage of a wrong power supply unit, liquid damage, insufficient grounding, overheating, or any other signs of using the product in a way that is contradictory to instructions provided in the user manual.
